This is Anna being wooed and swept away by the entire wait staff of the little restaurant where we had dinner our first night, in guiyang.

Driving out of Kaili to the South, you go through this light industrial zone and then into the countryside, which is gorgeous and looks like this:

Everyone wants Anna in their picture as much as the little girl in traditional Miao costume.

We went to nicer villages but this is the one where I remembered to video some.. it is called the water village.. these are not houses but barns where the families store their rice and food.. on stilts on water so rats can’t get them.
